Our Team at ORDAN INFOTECH feels it is very important to educate our clients about the 2D Animation Production Process.

This knowledge will not only explain how we do what we do, it also helps our clients appreciate the service we give, and helps us manage our client’s expectations throughout the delivery of Graphics or Animation.

Below is a short Summary of our process. For this purpose, get ready for us to dazzle you as we walk you through how our Animation works at ORDAN INFOTECH.

By agreeing to enter into this agreement, you shall not rely on any representation, whether oral or in writing, which is not included or referred to in these terms and conditions:-

Payment

50% of the full agreed quote is payable prior to commencement of work. Cleared funds must reach our account before commencement of work. The balance of the full agreed quote shall become payable prior to the submission of final deliverables. All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.

Final Deliverables

The final deliverables will be submitted to you upon receipt of the remaining payment of 50% in high quality HD format (720p). We will only submit the source files subject to an additional fee. Any additional copies of the final deliverables will also be subjected to an additional fee.

Changes To Brief and Revised or Additional Work

We shall supply a new quote for any changes to the brief or for revised or additional work. Any service provided by us at any time over and above those comprising our proposal shall be subject to an additional fee. Any work or services already provided and which at your request are to be repeated or re-presented shall be subject to an additional fee, except at our sole discretion, there shall be no reduction in the amount of fees for work or services not accepted by you.

Video Credit

ORDAN INFOTECH shall be allowed to insert its tagline ‘Created by ORDAN INFOTECH ’ at the end of the video. White label version shall be subjected to an additional fee.

Termination

Either party can terminate the project by giving written notice. If we terminate the project we agree to carry out all work already paid for or reimburse the fees to you for any work already paid for and not carried out. If you terminate this project upon completion of a stage, then you shall incur our fees and expenses up to the end of that stage.

If you cancel this project during a stage, then you agree to pay the full agreed fee for that stage and all expenses incurred up to cancellation, including any expenses related to unpresented work which may have already commenced. You agree to reimburse us for any already commissioned costs of third parties.

Quality

Any complaint or notification of error concerning our Work must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt by you and in absence of such notice you shall be conclusively deemed to have accepted such Work. It shall be your responsibility to check and approve the content of all Work submitted to you including text, photography, illustrations, technical drawings and artwork. We shall not be responsible for any errors therein which are not corrected by you.

Access to Artwork

You shall allow us reasonable access to works produced by us and to reproduce and publicize such works for the purpose of promoting our business.

Photographs, images and text supplied by the client must be the clients own or licensed for use by the client. Ordan Infotech cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright or any other right caused by reproduction of materials supplied by the client.

Privacy Policy

Ordan Infotech is committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you is used only to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

The information we will collect from you in order to work on your design project includes your name, address, phone number, and email address.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, please let us know and we will delete or correct it promptly.

Copyright

Ordan Infotech retains the right to use the final artwork in any portfolios or for marketing/advertising of our services, both on and offline. The copyright of any earlier concepts or design ideas that may have been supplied to you to preview remains with Ordan Infotech. We retain the right to use such initial concepts in future projects.

Price Changes

Ordan Infotech reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, if a client has already commissioned any services from Ordan Infotech prior to any change in prices, that commission will not be subject to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject to an increase.

Cancellation Rights

You have a right to cancel your order at any time. In the event of cancellation you will be invoiced for the cost of the work carried out so far based on our hourly rate. If no work was completed, you will not be charged.

Payment

Ordan Infotech accepts payment by cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card via Paypal or cash, within 7 days of the date on the invoice.

We reserve the right to withhold final design files until full payment has been received for a project.

Any payment returned by our bank will incur an administration charge. This will be invoiced and added to the outstanding debt owed by the customer.

Recommended Suppliers

Ordan Infotech may recommend third party suppliers to work along side us on your design project. These may include printing firms, copywriters and web developers. Should any of these companies be required, we will be happy to liaise with them on your behalf.

Ordan Infotech will not be held responsible for any problems or delays that may occur from using suppliers recommended by us.

Security

Ordan Infotech uses firewall and virus checking software to ensure the security of any emails or files we may send to you, from the external threat of hackers and virus infection.
